Please enter your Order ID#, attach your art files, then tell us how you want your order printed in the comments section. Click send.
If you prefer to email us your art files, please send them to orders@sayitpromos.com. Please make sure to write your order id# in the subject line.

Common questions
When do I receive my art proof?
The initial art proof normally take 1-2 business days after we receive the proper art files and print instructions. Depending on the complexity of your design, we may need to send you a few mockups prior to the art proof just make sure everything is perfect.
When do I have to pay for my order?
We don’t require payment until you approve your art proof. Once approved, we’ll send you a secured link to pay with credit card.
How soon will I get my order delivered?
Estimated delivery is 10-12 business days after art proof approval and payment being received.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel your order anytime prior to art proof approval. Once you approve your art proof, we will not be able to cancel your order.
