- Heavy-duty white powder-coated steel frame plus support rails for half side walls
- Stake kit

- Durable 600 denier polyurethane-coated polyester canopy that’s UV protected, fire retardant and water resistant
- Double stitched and heat-sealed canopy seams for improved water resistant’s
- Canopy has hook & loop fasteners sewn into the valances for easy setup
- High quality full color dye sublimation printing on canopy and valances
- Single-sided full color print on full back wall and two 10′ x 3′ half walls

What does 600D (denier) mean?
600 Denier (D) polyester is thicker, heavier, and generally more durable than 400D or 500D due to its higher-grade waterproof coating. It also provides better UV protection, making it ideal for sunny, rainy, or variable weather conditions. Lower denier materials may not repel water or resist fading as effectively as 600D.
Will I get an art proof before having to pay?
Yes. We always send you an art proof for your approval prior to requesting payment.
How soon will my order deliver to me?
Once you approve your art proof and submit payment, delivery is approximately 10-12 business days. (art proofs normally take 1-2 business days to generate)
When placing an order for a pop up canopy kit, you will receive a total of two shipments. The hardware in one shipment and your custom printed canopy in another. In most cases, you will receive the hardware first. Your custom printed canopy will arrive shortly after because it requires a bit more time to print and also ships from our other facilities.
What type of art file should I send?
The preferred art file type is a “Vector” format Adobe (.pdf) or Adobe Illustrator (.ai.), (.eps) or (.svg). Make sure to convert all fonts to outlines.
For photo/raster images, it’s best to send a 300 dpi or higher in it’s intended size when printed to ensure no loss of resolution quality.
If you have a specific pantone color you’d like us to match, please provide the PMS number when contacting us. Please note, exact color match is not guaranteed when doing a full color print.

Will I receive tracking once my order ships?
Yes. Once your order is completed, we will email you a copy of the paid invoice along with a link to track your shipment.
Can I get my order sooner if I have an event coming up?
If you need your order delivered by a certain date, please call us right away so we can confirm with production.

Best Canopy Tent, a division of SayIt Promos, is a California based business that partners with a network of production facilities across the U.S. and overseas. Depending on the product requirements and shipping destination, we route your order to the nearest facility to ensure the fastest delivery.
What is your canopy kit warranty?
All canopy kits come with a (1) year warranty from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. Our warranty does not cover damage due to mishandling, accidents, abuse, wind damage, or normal wear and tear. Products found to be defective will be replaced or repaired at factory’s discretion.
