How long does it take to receive my custom canopy tent?
Once you approve your art proof and submit payment, delivery is approximately 10-12 business days. (art proofs normally take 1-2 business days to generate)
When placing an order for a pop up canopy kit, you will receive a total of two shipments. The hardware in one shipment and your custom printed canopy in another. In most cases, you will receive the hardware first. Your custom printed canopy will arrive shortly after because it requires a bit more time to print and also ships from our other facilities.
