Keep your canopy, tent, or outdoor display securely anchored with this durable tent weight bag. Made from heavy-duty 1680D PVC-backed polyester, each bag can hold up to 33 lbs of sand or similar filler to help add stability during outdoor use. The easy-fill opening allows for quick setup, while the attached straps make it simple to secure the bag to tent legs or frame structures. When empty, the lightweight and compact design makes it easy to transport, store, and reuse for beach outings, farmers markets, trade shows, festivals, and other outdoor events. Sand is not included, so you can add the amount of weight that best fits your setup.

What does 600D (denier) mean?
600 Denier (D) polyester is thicker, heavier, and generally more durable than 400D or 500D due to its higher-grade waterproof coating. It also provides better UV protection, making it ideal for sunny, rainy, or variable weather conditions. Lower denier materials may not repel water or resist fading as effectively as 600D.
Will I get an art proof before having to pay?
Yes. We always send you an art proof for your approval prior to requesting payment.
How soon will my order deliver to me?
Once you approve your art proof and submit payment, delivery is approximately 10-12 business days. (art proofs normally take 1-2 business days to generate)
When placing an order for a pop up canopy kit, you will receive a total of two shipments. The hardware in one shipment and your custom printed canopy in another. In most cases, you will receive the hardware first. Your custom printed canopy will arrive shortly after because it requires a bit more time to print and also ships from our other facilities.
What type of art file should I send?
The preferred art file type is a “Vector” format Adobe (.pdf) or Adobe Illustrator (.ai.), (.eps) or (.svg). Make sure to convert all fonts to outlines.
For photo/raster images, it’s best to send a 300 dpi or higher in it’s intended size when printed to ensure no loss of resolution quality.
If you have a specific pantone color you’d like us to match, please provide the PMS number when contacting us. Please note, exact color match is not guaranteed when doing a full color print.

Will I receive tracking once my order ships?
Yes. Once your order is completed, we will email you a copy of the paid invoice along with a link to track your shipment.
Can I get my order sooner if I have an event coming up?
If you need your order delivered by a certain date, please call us right away so we can confirm with production.

Best Canopy Tent is a California based business that partners with a network of production facilities across the U.S. and overseas. Depending on the product requirements and shipping destination, we route your order to the nearest facility to ensure the fastest delivery.
What is your canopy kit warranty?
All canopy kits come with a (1) year warranty from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. Our warranty does not cover damage due to mishandling, accidents, abuse, wind damage, or normal wear and tear. Products found to be defective will be replaced or repaired at factory’s discretion.
